Simple three-step process for airtime verification
Users will be required to verify their authenticity in the system if using a web portal for the first time. User will be required to enter service number followed by registered phone number on which OTP will be sent to prove.
Users verify using web portal or USSD for every cycle of Airtime allocation.
Verified staff receive airtime allocation. And must repeat the same presence verification on another cycle.
